Clinical Experience of SUN Zhi in Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Xiewei Bupi Acupuncture Therapy Associate with Fire Filiform Needle

目的:总结孙志教授泻胃补脾针法联合毫火针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的经验,指导临床应用。方法:通过导师跟诊及研究临床案例,将孙志教授泻胃补脾针法联合毫火针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的诊治思路、临床选穴规律及具体操作方法进行归纳与总结。结果:2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变属于中医“消渴病痹症”范畴,孙志教授根据30余年临床经验概括其病机为“胃强脾弱、营卫不和、脉络痹阻”,认为治疗本病应标本兼顾。泻胃补脾针法以通腑泄热、健脾益气,调节脾胃升降的功能;配合毫火针“温通”之力,以激发体内阳气,驱除阴寒,调和营卫,并增强经络对气血的营运与推动作用。从而有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及实验室指标。结论:孙志教授运用泻胃补脾针法联合毫火针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的经验独到,疗效显著,具有指导意义,其治疗思路值得推广学习。

Objective:To summarize SUN Zhi’s clinical experience on treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN)via Xiewei Bupi acupuncture therapy associate with fire filiform needle,in order to guidance of treatment tough.Methods:Conclude the academic ideas of SUN Zhi on treating DPN,further to reorganize the method of acupuncture therapy and acupoints selection regularity,which learned from professor’s taught and clinical studies.Results:DPN is one of the complication of Type-2 diabetes mellitus,which theoretically accord with“Xiaoke Bingbi syndrome”in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s field.Based on SUN Zhi’s experience for over 30 years,he concluded that“Strong Stomach Weak Spleen,Discordant of Ying-Wei,Collateral Obstruction”are the main pathogenesis of DPN,meanwhile address both the symptoms and root causes are the key point of therapeutic regimen.By the method of“Purge Stomach and Tonify Spleen”acupuncture therapy,result in eliminate Fu organ’s heat and strengthen spleen“Qi”,which ensure the Stomach-Spleen function operate normally.Coordinate with“Warm-through”effect by fire filiform needle,resulting stimulation of“Yang Qi”,reconcile of“Ying-Wei”,and dispel of coldness.Thereby,accelerate the propulsion effect of“Qi-Xue”in meridians.Thus,the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of DPN patients will be improve effectively.Conclusion:SUN Zhi has a unique experience especially by the method“Purge Stomach and Tonify Spleen”acupuncture therapy associate with fire filiform needle,in term of treating DPN.The clinical efficacy has been achieved significantly,which possess important meaning of guidance in clinical trials.The treatment idea worth to be inculcate and popularize.
