益气养阴法治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病研究进展

Research Progress of Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Yin on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Qi and Yin Deficiency

2型糖尿病在世界范围内的发病人数急剧上升,已严重威胁人类健康。临床大量实践发现,气阴两虚型2型糖尿病为最常见的证型。该文将该型糖尿病中医诊断标准、常用方药、组方、降糖机制研究进行归纳,从而比较出中医药的治疗优势与特色,为更好的控制患者血糖、减少并发症的发生及延缓并发症进展提供依据。该文通过查阅文献,找出气阴两虚型糖尿病在各证型中所占的比例;归纳指南、共识,得出其中气阴两虚型糖尿病的诊断标准;查阅文献,找出近代以来各医家治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病的辨证思路、常用方药,并归纳出益气养阴法的常用药物,以及在益气养阴法的指导思路下方剂的降糖机制。经过大量学者研究后发现,益气养阴法的常用药物有黄芪、山药、生地黄、天花粉、麦冬、葛根、丹参、茯苓等。在益气养阴思路指导下的方药,其降糖作用机制可能是:①改善胰岛素抵抗、保护胰岛P细胞功能;②影响信号通路中的基因表达;③提高GLP-1浓度;4.减少糖异生。该文认为,气阴两虚型2型糖尿病是临床中最常见的证型,在明确诊断后,通过益气养阴法治疗2型糖尿病有确切疗效。

The incidence of type 2 diabetes has increased sharply worldwide,which has seriously threatened human health.A large number of clinical practice has found that type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin is the most common syndrome.This article summarizes the diagnostic criteria,commonly used prescriptions,prescriptions,and hypoglycemic mechanism research of this type of diabetes,so as to compare the treatment advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better control the patient’s blood sugar,reduce the occurrence of complications and delay the complications Provide evidence for the progression of the disease.This article finds out the proportion of Qi and Yin deficiency type diabetes in each syndrome type by consulting the literature;summarizes the guidelines and consensus,and draws the diagnostic criteria for the Qi and Yin deficiency type diabetes;consults the literature and finds out the modern times Different doctors’syndrome differentiation ideas and common prescriptions for treating diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin,and summed up the commonly used drugs for the method of nourishing qi and nourishing yin,and the hypoglycemic mechanism of the agent under the guidance of the method of nourishing Qi and nourishing yin.After research by a large number of scholars,it is found that the commonly used drugs for the method of replenishing qi and nourishing yin include astragalus,yam,rehmannia,trichosanthes,Ophiopogon japonicus,kudzu root,salvia miltiorrhiza,tuckahoe and so on.Recipe under the guidance of the idea of nourishing qi and nourishing yin,its hypoglycemic mechanism may be:①Improve insulin resistance and protect the function of islet P cells;②Influence the gene expression in the signal pathway;③Increase the concentration of GLP-1;4.Reduce glucose Alien.The article believes that type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin is the most common syndrome in the clinic.After a clear diagnosis,the method of replenishing Qi and nourishing yin has a definite effect on type 2 diabetes.
