摘要
绿色矿山的发展是生态文明建设核心理念在矿业领域中的具体实践,也是地矿行业推进生态文明建设的立足点和发展方向。生态本身就是生产力,保护生态就是发展生产力,而绿色矿山的建设是为了避免矿山生态结构持续恶化的重要措施。本文分析了我国绿色矿山建设的意义及矿山生态修复的难点,提出了建设绿色矿山的具体措施,主要有工程技术措施和生物措施,应该充分结合理论与现场实际情况,制定出合适的土地复垦与生态修复方案,并通过利益相关者共同合作,确保这些方案有效落实,对于矿业活动绿色和谐发展具有重要的战略意义。
The development of green mines is the concrete practice of the core concept of ecological civilization construction in the mining field,and also the foothold and development direction of geological and mineral industry to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Ecology itself is productivity,and protecting ecology is developing productivity.The construction of green mine is an important measure to avoid the continuous deterioration of mine ecological structure.This paper analyzed the significance of green mine construction and the difficulties in mine ecological restoration,and put forward the specific measures of green mine construction,mainly including engineering and biological measures.It is necessary to formulate appropriate land reclamation and ecological restoration schemes based on the theory and the actual situation of the site and ensure the effective implementation of these plans through the cooperation of stakeholders.It has important strategic significance for the green and harmonious development of mining activities.
