The construction of think tanks and the transformation and development of academic journals are intrinsically compatible and go in the same direction. It is shown in the commonness of their logical starting points, the interoperability of functional orientation and the coupling of interactive communication. The transformation of academic journals into think tanks is an inevitable requirement for them to insist on content-orientation and academic level. In order for the innovative construction between think tanks and academic journals, the change of the topic setting, the transformation of the service audience, and the transformation of the column construction are needed to promote the transformation and development of the academic journal.
