摘要
矸石带煤率是考核选煤厂生产管理的一项重要指标。准能集团公司对下属选煤厂洗选劣质煤要求矸石带煤小于5%,但实际生产中经常存在超标问题。为了降低矸石带煤率,减少资源浪费,提高分选效率,提高商品煤发热量,哈尔乌素选煤厂决定对劣质煤分选系统开展利用不同分选密度调控矸石带煤率的试验。通过对浅槽矸石采样进行浮沉试验,汇总试验数据,建立数学模型,最终得出的结论为:B系统浅槽分选密度不得低于1.69 g/cm^3,CD系统浅槽分选密度不得低于1.71 g/cm^3。
Fuzz coal efficiency is an important indicator of assessing the production management of preparation coal.The Zhunneng group has been less than the requirement of washing low quality coal to subordinate at the Preparation Coal,but it is often over standard in the actual production.In order to lower the fuzz coal efficiency and reduce the resource waste,heighten selection efficiency and heighten the commodity coal heat,Harwusu coal preparation plant decides to develop different selection density controlling fuzz coal efficiency to worse coal selection system.Through the floating experiment for shallow trough gangue,we summarize the experimental data,establish mathematical model and make the conclusion in the end:B system shallow trough gangue cannot be lower than 1.69 g/cm^3,and CD system shallow trough gangue cannot be lower than 1.71 g/cm^3.
