选煤用重介质分选设备研究现状分析

重介质选煤方法是当今选煤领域应用的主流方法,特别是针对难选煤和极难选煤具有较好的分选效果。重介质分选设备是重介质分选的基础,重介质分选设备可分为重介质分选机和重介质旋流器,重介质分选机包括刮板分选机(浅槽)、斜轮分选机、立轮分选机等,通常用于分选块煤;重介质旋流器是在离心力场中工作,通常用于分选未煤或不分级煤。本文对各重介质分选设备的应用研究现状进行论述,分析重介质分选设备存在的不足,展望重介质分选设备的发展趋势。

Dense medium coal preparation method is the mainstream method in the field of coal preparation,especially for diff icult and extremely diff icult coal preparation,it has good separation effect.The heavy medium separation equipment is the foundation of heavy medium separation.The heavy medium separation equipment can be divided into heavy medium separator and heavy medium cyclone.The heavy medium separator includes scraper separator(shallow groove),inclined wheel separator,vertical wheel separator and so on,which is usually used to separate lump coal;the heavy medium cyclone works in the centrifugal force field,which is usually used to separate non coal or non classif ied coal.This paper discusses the application and research status of heavy medium separation equipment,analyzes the shortcomings of heavy medium separation equipment,and looks forward to the development trend of heavy medium separation equipment.
