基于PDCA方法的病案管理质量提升研究

Research on the Quality Improvement of Medical Record Management Based on PDCA Method

住院病案的及时回收归档是病案管理工作中非常关键的一环,因此医院必须加强病案管理质量,提高病案归档率。本文以某医院PDCA方法实施前后病案归档率数据作为数据源,探讨了病案归档率低的原因和PDCA方法实施后的改进效果。结果表明,PDCA循环的管理方法可以用于解决病案管理问题,优化内部工作流程,提高整体工作效率,对病案归档率的持续提高有明显改善作用。

Timely recovery and filing of inpatient medical records is a key link in medical record management.Therefore,the hospital must strengthen the quality of medical record management and improve the filing rate of medical records.Based on the data of the filing rate of medical records before and after the implementation of PDCA method in a hospital as the data source,this paper discusses the reasons for the filing rate of medical records and the improvement effect after the implementation of PDCA method.The results show that PDCA cycle management method can be used to solve the problem of medical record management,optimize the internal workf low,improve the overall work efficiency,and signif icantly improve the continuous improvement of medical record filing rate.
