高校科研实验室安全管理的探讨与研究

科学研究是高等教育中极为重要的环节,实验室则是高等院校科学研究的最主要场所。科研实验室作为科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家及地方组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究,聚集和培养科学家、开展高层次学术交流的重要基地。科研活动主要探索未知科学原理,因此所用材料、实验方法存在不确定性。本文通过分析目前高校科研实验室的特点,从科研人员管理、科研实验风险评估以及科研实验室资产管理三个方面,探索科研实验室的安全管理措施。

Scientif ic research is an extremely important link in higher education,and the laboratory is the most important place for scientific research in colleges and universities.As an important part of the scientific and technological innovation system,scientific research laboratories are important bases for national and local organizations to organize high-level basic research and applied basic research,gather and train scientists,and carry out high-level academic exchanges.Scientific research activities mainly explore unknown scientific principles,so there are uncertainties in the materials and experimental methods used.This paper analyzes the characteristics of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities,and explores the safety management measures of scientific research laboratories from three aspects:scientific research personnel management,scientific research experiment risk assessment and scientific research laboratory asset management.
