With the rapid development of China's education,the system construction is basically completed and the specialty is sound,which provides people with a broader choice space,and the teaching methods and teaching modes also change accordingly,which plays an important role in promoting the improvement of comprehensive education level.Modern apprenticeship is a new form of education,which is obviously different from the early traditional apprenticeship.It has been innovated by combining with the modern characteristics and has been highly valued by the education department and the society.In this paper,combined with the actual situation,the construction path of modern apprenticeship teaching staff of optometry technology specialty is analyzed in detail,in order to provide reference for the related work in the future.
