浅谈产教融合背景下黄炎培职业教育思想的传承与发展

19世纪末,教育家黄炎培为国家发展、群众教育提出职业教育思想。黄炎培职业教育思想高度契合了党的十九大对职业教育的理解和期望。在产教融合背景下坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,传承与发展黄炎培职业教育思想对当前职业教育发展和产业发展有着积极作用。本文论述了黄炎培职业教育思想的形成、主要内涵及其先进性,探究在当代职业教育人才培养模式产教融合背景下,黄炎培职业教育思想的发展和实践,并为现代职业教育培养工匠型人才提出建议。

Educator Huang Yanpei puts forward vocational education thoughts for national development and mass education at the end of the nineteenth century.Mr.huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas fit well within the understanding and expectations of vocational education at the nineteen.Under the background of integration of vocational education with industry,it plays a positive role to develop vocational education and industry,which sticks to the guiding ideology with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,inherits and develops Mr.huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas.This article expounds the forming,chief intention and advancement of Mr.huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas,explore the development and practice of Mr.huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas under the background of the integration of vocational education with industry,and some suggestions are put forward for cultivating craftsman talents in modern vocational education.
