Teaching Reform and Suggestions of Pavement Maintenance Management and Maintenance Technology

《路面养护管理与维护技术》课程是土木工程专业的必修课程之一,能够提高学生路面养护管理及维修基础知识与技能。该课程具有极强的实践性,并与实际的公路建设、管理、维护密切相关。当前该课程教学存在学生重视程度不足、重理论轻实践、教学内容落后、学习效果评价方式单一的问题,不利于学生创新精神、实践能力的发展。为此,要想充分发挥该课程对我国公路建设发展的促进作用,就需要实现教学改革,拓宽教学内容、创新教学方式。本文基于《路面养护管理与维修技术》课程教学现状,分析该课程教学中存在的问题,并以社会需求及学生就业为导向探究该课程教学改革策略,旨在以该课程为基础培养高素质、高技能的复合型人才。

The course of pavement maintenance management and maintenance technology is one of thecompulsory courses of civil engineering specialty,which can improve students'basic knowledge and skillsof pavement maintenance management and maintenance.The course is highly practical and closely relatedto the actual highway construction,management and maintenance.At present,there are some problems inthe teaching of this course,such as the lack of students'attention,the neglect of theory and practice,thebackwardness of teaching content and the single evaluation method of learning achievements,which is notconducive to the development of students'innovative spirit and practical ability.Therefore,in order to givefull play to the role of the course in promoting the development of highway construction in China,it isnecessary to achieve teaching reform,broaden teaching content and innovate teaching methods.Based on thecurrent teaching situation of the course"Pavement Maintenance Management and Maintenance'Technology"this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of the course,and explores the teaching reformstrategy of the course with the guidance of social demand and students'employment,aiming at cultivatingcompound talents with high quality and high skills based on the course.
