摘要 国家预警信息发布中心是国务院应急管理部门面向政府应急责任人和社会公众提供综合预警信息的权威发布机构,随着气象防灾减灾工作不断发展,预警信息发布成为其中重要环节。但是目前预警服务手段与国际主流预警服务方式存在差异,不利于中国预警信息与国外需求接轨,且满足不了用户个性化的预警查询需求,因此,研究一套适应于国际推广的预警信息服务方式成为当务之急。本文充分借助RSS信息聚合的能力,将RSS融合进预警信息推送服务中,使得预警信息聚合在一起快速、动态地推送给用户。本文首先阐述了RSS概述,然后对RSS预警信息聚合推送服务原理和流程进行分析,最后进行了应用效果测试,初步达到提高预警信息服务效率,提升国家预警信息发布中心对外服务的目的。 The National Early Warning Center is an authoritative publishing organization for the emergencymanagement department of the State Council to provide comprehensive early warning information to thegovernment emergency responders and the public.With the continuous development of meteorologicaldisaster prevention and mitigation,early warning information has become an important part.However,thecurrent early warning service methods are different from the mainstream international early warning servicemethods,which are not conducive to the integration of Chinese early warning information with foreignneeds,and cannot meet the user's personalized early warning query needs.Therefore,the research of a set ofearly warning information service methods suitable for international promotion has become Top priority.Thisarticle makes full use of the ability of RSS information aggregation to integrate RSS into the early warninginformation push service,so that the early warning information is aggregated and pushed to users quicklyand dynamically.This article first explains the RSS overview,then analyzes the principle and process of RSswarning information aggregation and push service,and finally conducts an application effect test to initiallyachieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of early warning information service and improving theexternal service of the National Early Warning Center.
