人为差错对航天型号批产的影响及其防控技术研究

摘要 随着航天产品的生产需求不断增大,人为差错对航天型号生产的影响日益凸显。它已经成为影响航天产品生产质量的重要因素之一。本文针对“人、机、管理、环境”等四方面人为差错的产生因素,分别对其防控措施进行了深入研究,并提出了在设计、生产过程中防差错技术的应用。希望本文的研究能为业内人士进行相关工作提供有益借鉴。 With the increasing production demand of acrospace products,the impacts of human error on theaerospace model production is increasingly prominent.It has become one of the important factors influencingthe quality of aerospace products.In this paper,aiming at the factors causing human error in the four aspects of"human,machine,management,environment",the prevention and control measures are studied in depth,andthe application of error prevention technology in the design and production process is proposed.It is hopedthat the research in this article can provide useful reference for the industry insiders to carry out related work.
