学生公寓智能热水系统设计和实现

摘要 设计一种学生公寓智能热水系统,以低成本、高性价比的特点实现学生公寓热水供应,并实时显示水温水位。通过DS18B20温度传感器和铜金属棒分别采集实时温度信息数据和实时水位信息数据,经A/D将其转换为数字信号后传输至AT89S52单片机,利用增量式PID控制算法,通过晶闸管的电压调节量反馈控制量控制水温,并通过单片机端口的输出电平控制继电器加水过程以及升温,及时通过LED显示水位信息,实现水位、水温的自动控制。实验结果表明:该系统可以实时、有效监测水位和水温的状态变化,且成本低廉、性价比高,满足学生公寓热水使用要求。 An intelligent hot water system for student apartments is designed to realize the supply of hot water for students apartments with low cost and high cost performance,and to display the water temperature and water level in real time.It makes the use of DS18B20 temperature sensor and copper metal rods to collect real-time temperature data and real-time data of water level information respectively,and converts them into digital signals transmission to AT89S52 single chip microcomputer via A/D.For automatic control of water level and water temperature,incremental PID control algorithm is used,and thyristor voltage regulation feedback control quantity is used to control water temperature,and the water filling process and temperature rise of relay are controlled through output level of single-chip microcomputer port,and water level information is displayed through LED in time.The experimental results show that the system can monitor the changes of water level and water temperature in real time and effectively.Moreover,the system has low cost and high cost performance,and can meet the requirements of student apartment hot water usage.
