FDM快速成形工艺参数的多尺寸目标优化 被引量:4

摘要 熔融堆积成形(FDM)作为主要的增材制造工艺,可以缩短新产品开发周期、降低开发成本,但成形精度限制了其应用范围。系统分析了FDM成形的全过程,探索了成形精度的影响因素;分析了丝宽对成形精度的影响,并考虑其与成形过程中丝材的收缩变形的交叉影响,提出变动误差补偿的数学模型;选取4个主要工艺参数,运用田口理论进行试验研究,获得单尺寸目标下的最佳工艺参数组合以及各控制因子对目标影响的显著程度,并推导出单个尺寸误差的补偿方程;基于灰系田口方法对多尺寸目标进行灰关联度分析,获得多尺寸目标下的最佳工艺参数组合及各控制因子对多目标影响的显著程度,推导出信噪比(S/N)的灰度回归方程,通过比较分析提出一套基于多工艺参数优化的成形工艺。 As widely applied additive manufacturing production,FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)matters more in shortened new production cycle,lowered cost,only to find its narrow application range due to limited molding precision.This paper systematically analyzes the whole FDM molding process;explores affecting factors of molding precision;searches for the effect of fuse width on molding process,and takes cross influence on fuse shrinkage in process of mold into consideration,thereby proposing variable error composition’s mathematical model.Additionally,four major processing parameters are chosen,by Taguchi theory-based trial research,in pursuit of best integrated processing parameter under single-size target and impact significance of affecting factors,resulting in regression equation of single size error.Multi-dimentional target in view of gray Taguchi method is researched from gray association degree perspective,deducing S/N ratio gray regression equation.At last,a set of forming technology parameter combination based on multiprocess parameter optimization is put forward by means of comparison and contrast.
