基于互联网逻辑发展起来的平台型媒体,在组织形态和内容生产方式上具有开放、多元、连接、对话等特点,在信息传播流程重塑和用户关系重构方面起着重要作用。过去,平台型媒体的相关理论探讨和实践都是在常态化社会的语境下进行的,新冠肺炎疫情的暴发使得平台型媒体的机遇和困境随之暴露了出来,对非传统安全语境下平台型媒体的发展方向和出路展开思考成为一项重要议题。在社会结构遭遇圈层化变革的背景下,平台型媒体正遭遇着关系超载带来的一系列问题,关系超载正解构和重构着社会认同,使得认同危机问题愈加突出,而非传统安全问题的出现又进一步加剧了圈层化社会下的群体分裂、情绪失控和共识缺失等症候。可见,非传统安全问题造成的影响巨大而深远,而且还将在未来的很长一段时间内与我们共存共生,对社会认同的摧毁作用尤其显著突出。因此,平台型媒体亟需立足于当前的社会背景,进一步提升非传统安全语境下对认同危机的防范和化解能力,以一种共同体的视角,从技术逻辑到信息流动再到价值维度作出系统性的反思和探索,将平台型媒体建设为能形成人际间安全而自由的沟通连接、能实现群体间高效而优质的信息和情感交流、能推动基本共识达成并促进微型公众间民主协商的重要平台。

Platishers have the characteristics of openness,diversity,connection and communication in organizational form and content production mode.It plays an important role in reshaping information dissemination process and reconstructing user relationship.In the past,the theoretical discussion and practice of platishers were carried out in the context of normalized society,but the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic revealed the opportunities and challenges the platishers are facing.It becomes imperative to consider the development direction and outlet of platisher in the context of non-traditional security.To the background of layered social structure,the platishers are encountering a series of problems caused by overloaded relationships.Overloaded relationships are deconstructing and reconstructing social identity,and make the identity crisis more prominent.The emergence of non-traditional security issues has further exacerbated the symptoms of group division,emotional outbreak and lack of consensus in the layered society.Obviously,the problems caused by non-traditional security is enormous and far-reaching.It will coexist with us for a long time to come,and has a particularly prominent destructive effect on social identity.Therefore,the platishers need to further enhance the ability to prevent and resolve identity crisis in the context of non-traditional security.They should make systematic reflection and exploration from technical logic,information flow to value dimension from the perspective of a community.The platishers should be built into important platforms to form a safe and free interpersonal communication connection,to achieve efficient and high-quality information and emotional communication between layers,to promote consensus and micro consultation.
