摘要
新冠肺炎疫情发生后,国家和各省市定期发布疫情防控新闻,为抗击疫情赢得了社会公众信任和舆论的支持,但实践中也暴露出发布时空节奏的结构性冲突、发布主体和渠道的结构性矛盾、信息缺席或过载等问题。后疫情时代,构建突发公共事件政府新闻发布协同机制,要克服内部障碍和外部制约,着眼于与社会公众建立相互信任关系和共同价值认知为目标,着力构建发布主体、内容、渠道相互协同的新闻发布机制,及时修复社会公众对政府的信任,不断提升突发公共事件社会治理能力和治理水平。
After the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the state,provinces and cities regularly publish epidemic prevention and control news,which has won the public trust and public opinion support for the fight against the epidemic.But it also exposes the structural conflict of time and space rhythm,the structural contradiction of publishing subject and channel,the absence or overload of information and so on.In the post-epidemic era,we should overcome internal obstacles and external constraints,focus on establishing mutual trust relationship and common value cognition with the public,and build a cooperative press release mechanism of publishing subject,content and channel.We also need to repair the trust of the public to the government in time,and continuously improve the social governance ability and governance level of public emergencies.
