摘要
试验旨在探讨胚蛋注射乳酸菌对蛋雏鸡孵化性能、免疫器官指数、十二指肠中SIgA以及血清中白细胞介素2(IL-2)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量的影响。将300个海兰褐蛋鸡种蛋随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复15个种蛋。18日胚龄时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别向羊膜腔内无菌注入0.2 mL含活菌数2×10^6、2×10^7和2×10^8cfu的乳酸菌稀释液,饲养期21 d。结果显示:①胚蛋注射乳酸菌对种蛋孵化性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著增加了蛋雏鸡体重(P<0.05);②试验组蛋雏鸡14日龄法氏囊指数和21日龄胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05);③7日龄试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的十二指肠中SIgA抗体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);④与对照组比,试验Ⅱ组显著增加7日龄雏鸡血清IL-2与IFN-γ的含量以及14日龄血清IL-2的含量(P<0.05)。结果表明,胚蛋注射乳酸菌对海兰褐蛋鸡早期生长发育及免疫功能具有一定促进作用。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of in ovo injection of Lactobacillus on the hatchability,immune organ index,SIgA in duodenum and the contents of IL-2 and IFN-γin serum of layer chickens.Three hundred Hy-Line Brown hatching eggs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and15 hatching eggs per replicates.At 18 days of incubation,while the groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere aseptically injected with Lactobacillus of 2×10^6,2×10^7 and 2×10^8 cfu of 0.2 mL into the amniotic cavity.The feeding period lasted for 21 days.The results showed that:①there were no abvious effects on the hatchability(P>0.05),but the body weight were significantly increased by in ovo injection of Lactobacillus(P<0.05).②The bursa of Fabricius index at 14 days of age and thymus index at 21 days of age were significantly higher by in ovo injection of Lactobacillus(P<0.05).③Compared with control group,SIgA levels of groupⅡandⅢwere significantly improved at 7 days of age(P<0.05).④Compared with control group,the contents of IL-2,IFN-γat 7 days of age and IL-2 at 14 days of age in serum of groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05).The results revealed that in ovo injection of appropriate concentration of Lactobacillus had a certain enhancement effect on the early growth and development and immune function of Hy-Line Brown chickens.
