摘要
文章以TPACK知识框架为指导,分析信息化教学能力的内涵和高职院校青年教师信息化教学能力发展现状,并提出提升信息化教学能力的“四多”路径——“多形式培训、多方法实践、多渠道竞赛、多途径探索”,以期为青年教师的专业成长提供些许参考。
Under the guidance of TPACK knowledge framework,this paper analyzes the connotation of information-based teaching ability and the current situation of the development of information-based teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward four paths to improve the information-based teaching ability—"multi-form training,multi-method practice,multi-channel competition and multi-path exploration",in order to provide some reference for the professional growth of young teachers.
