就业资本视域下高校贫困生就业帮扶探究

高校贫困生就业窘境突出,就业资本对就业有正向的预测作用。文章从就业资本的弥补和提升入手,提出了高校贫困生就业帮扶策略:以物质资助为起点,保障高校贫困生的经济资本;以能力培养为重点,增强高校贫困生的人力资本;以自致性社会资本积累为突破点,弥补高校贫困生的社会资本;以四项要素为着力点,增强高校贫困生的心理资本。

The employment difficulties of poor students in colleges and universities are prominent,and employment capital has a positive predictive effect on employment.The article starts with the compensation and promotion of employment capital,and proposes employment assistance strategies for poor students in colleges and universities:Starting from material funding to protect the economic capital of poor students in colleges and universities;Focusing on capacity building and strengthening the human capital of poor students in universities;Make self-induced social capital accumulation as a breakthrough point to make up for the social capital of college poor students;Focus on the four elements to strengthen the psychological capital of poor students in colleges and universities.
