Alumni are the valuable resources and wealth of schools.Building a good alumni database,developing and utilizing alumni resources is a new force for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.This article demonstrates the importance and necessity of alumni database construction in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:the significance of the construction of alumni database in higher vocational colleges,the construction plan of alumni database,the development and utilization of alumni resources,and the mechanism guarantee of alumni work.
