摘要
在有压输水管道运行中,水击压力对管道具有非常大的破坏作用,因此,必须通过水击压力计算,采取有效措施避免破坏性水击压力的发生,但水击压力计算十分复杂,耗时又费力,设计人员往往是通过增大管材承压能力来抵抗水击压力,这样不但增加了工程投资还给工程运行带来不可预知的风险。为解决输水管道设计中水击压力计算难题,在理论计算的基础上,参考相关文献并结合实际工程运用情况,总结出满足工程实际需要的水击压力简化计算方法及公式,以供类似工程设计参考学习。
In the operation of pressurized water pipelines,the water hammer pressure has a very destructive effect on the pipeline.Therefore,it is necessary to calculate the water hammer pressure and take effective measures to avoid the occurrence of destructive water hammer pressure.However,the calculation of water hammer pressure is very complicated,time-consuming and laborious.Usually,designers increase the pressure-bearing capacity of pipes to resist water hammer pressure.This not only increases project investment but also brings unpredictable risks to project operation.In order to solve the problem of water hammer pressure calculation in the design of water pipeline,this paper summarizes the simplified calculation method and formula of water hammer pressure to meet the actual needs of the project.This method is proposed on the basis of theoretical calculations with reference to relevant documents and combined with actual engineering applications.This method can be used as a reference for similar engineering design.
