摘要
考虑到淮安市黄河故道干河下段(二河至涟水石湖段)治理工程四标段工程区在11月~次年2月进入季冻期,模袋混凝土衬砌防渗施工必然受到干湿循环及季节性冻融循环的不利影响。为提升模袋混凝土抗干湿循环和冻融循环的耐久性能,进行掺粉煤灰、硅粉以及粉煤灰、大理石粉对模袋混凝土材料性能的抗压强度试验、冻融循环试验及干湿循环试验分析。结果表明,通过硅粉和大理石粉掺量的合理设置能有效提升模袋混凝土材料的耐久性能。
Considering that the construction area of the fourth bid section of the treatment project for the lower section of the old dry river of the Yellow River in Huai'an(Erhe to Shihu section of Lianshui)will enter the seasonal freezing period from November to February of the next year,the anti-seepage construction of the form-bag concrete lining will inevitably be subject to dry and wet cycles And the adverse effects of seasonal freeze-thaw cycles.In order to improve the durability of the wet bag concrete freeze-thaw cycles and cycle,the compressive strength test performed by the addition of fly ash,silica fume,fly ash and marble,freeze-thaw cycle test and wet cycle test.The results show that the reasonable setting of the amount of silica fume and marble powder can effectively improve the durability of the form-bag concrete material.
