石门水库左岸非常泄洪洞优化调度运行研究

摘要 石门水库左岸非常泄洪洞在现有的运行条件下未能充分发挥其有效的调洪泄洪作用。通过泄洪洞水工模型试验,对泄洪洞随着库水位增加洞内的水流流态进行观察,并对不同库水位与不同开度时的泄流能力进行率定和泄洪洞运行控制标准进行分析。根据实际可以采用洞顶最低压力为零作为运行控制标准,将泄洪洞转变为常态泄洪洞使其发挥泄洪效益,为石门水库增加了0~550 m^3/s自由开启泄洪流量。基本解决了石门水库226.5 m^3/s~800 m^3/s的泄洪流量段泄洪,既能有效的减小下游的防洪压力,又能节约水库水资源,保证灌区用水,提高石门电站发电量。 Under the existing operating conditions,the abnormal spillway tunnel on the left bank of Shimen reservoir underplays the effective flood control and spillway function.According to the hydraulic model test of the spillway tunnel,the flow pattern of the spillway tunnel with the increase of reservoir water level is observed.And the spillway capacity under different reservoir water level and different opening degree is rated,and the spillway tunnel operation control standard is analyzed.Based on the actual situation,minimum pressure(i.e.0)of the roof can be used as the operation control standard to change the spillway tunnel into a normal spillway tunnel to give full play to the flood discharge benefits,and increase the free opening flood discharge of 0~550 m^3/s for Shimen reservoir.The discharge section of 226.5 m^3/s~800 m^3/s in Shimen reservoir is basically solved,which can not only effectively reduce the downstream flood control pressure,but also save the reservoir water resources,ensure the water use in the irrigation area,and improve the power generation of Shimen power station.
