含沙水环境中影响水质监测结果的因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究含沙水环境中影响水质监测结果的影响因素,提出以氨氮降解速率影响因素作为量化研究参数,分别在含沙水环境下不同温度、酸碱度、氨氮初始浓度和泥沙悬浮状态下的水样进行室内试验研究,得出当水体温度有25℃上升至30℃时,氨氮的降解速率先增加后降低,当水体温度为28℃时,氨氮降解速率达到最大值;当水体pH由5上升至8时,氨氮的降解速率先增加后降低,当水体pH为7时,氨氮降解速率达到最大值;水体中氨氮初始浓度越高,非离子氨含量越高,抑制水体中微生物活动越明显,氨氮降解速率越低;含沙水环境中泥沙分布越散乱,氨氮降解速度越快;研究可为含沙水环境中水质监测结果分析提供参考。 In order to study the influencing factors of water quality monitoring results in sediment laden water environment,it is proposed to take the influencing factors of ammonia nitrogen degradation rate as the quantitative research parameters,and carry out laboratory tests on water samples in different temperature,pH,initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen and suspended state in sediment laden water environment.It is concluded that when the water temperature rises from 25℃to 30℃,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen increases first After addition,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches the maximum value when the water temperature is 28℃;when the water pH rises from 5 to 8,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen first increases and then decreases;when the water pH is 7,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches the maximum value;the higher the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the water,the higher the non-ionic ammonia content,the more obvious the inhibition of microbial activity in the water,the lower the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen;sand content The more scattered the sediment distribution in the water environment,the faster the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen.
