国际破坏性创新研究热点与演进的可视化分析

A visual analysis of the hotspots and evolution of international destructive innovation research

破坏性创新代表全球化新阶段企业创新理念与模式的转变,是当今世界战略管理和创新管理领域的研究热点与前沿。但当前国际上有关破坏性创新的研究中仍存在对破坏性创新范式、发展脉络及学术前沿掌握模糊、未在理论界形成统一逻辑结构等问题。本文采用文献计量学方法,运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件绘制知识图谱,对Web of Science数据库中破坏性创新领域相关研究进行深入分析,厘清其内涵、特征及知识架构,探析其发展脉络与学术前沿,并提出未来研究方向,旨在推动破坏性创新相关学术研究与实践的进一步发展。研究发现:(1)国际破坏性创新研究涌现出大量有影响力的科研机构、核心期刊及作者,且呈现出跨学科整合和基础理论多元化的态势;(2)国际破坏性创新已经形成了模型构建、评估与应用、感知预测与方法策略三个主要学术集群,且其研究热点呈现出"概念界定—影响因素识别—实践应用"的演进趋势;(3)在未来的研究中,该领域可着力于破坏性创新的多元领域拓展、本土情境中的应用、相关政策研究、时机选择分析等角度展开研究。

Disruptive innovation represents the transformation of enterprise innovation concept and model in the new stage of globalization.It is the research hotspot and frontier in the field of strategic management and innovation management at home and abroad.Destructive innovation research so far,has been in health care,urban transformation,social media,big data management,complex product system,emerging economies,and many other areas of application,but due to the existing research on the destructive innovation paradigm master fuzzy,not formed a unified logical structure in the theoretical circle and the lack of a common,lack of the theoretical basis of the knowledge base and the system is based on and is suitable for the innovation practice in China are insufficient in the situation of academic research,lead to the modern enterprise is still unable to accurately based on the summary of the research on the core issues and refining the destructive innovation theory precision guide innovation practice.Perspective based on bibliometrics,destructive innovation as a Web of Science database published journal articles as the research object,using Cite Space and VOSviewer knowledge mapping software,the author collaboration network of international destructive innovation,subject distribution,high yield and countries and institutions,source journals,total cited literature analysis,the high frequency keywords such as content,precipitation destructive innovation research field,the main point of the academic group to clarify the connotation,characteristics and knowledge structure of disruptive innovation,In this paper,the evolution of knowledge and academic frontiers in the field of international destructive innovation are comprehensively and systematically sorted out,and the possible research directions in the future are elaborated,so as to attract the attention of more Chinese scholars and managers,and provide academic reference for the development of the theory and practice of destructive innovation in China.The following research conclusions are drawn in this paper:First,the discipline distribution of international disruptive innovation research spreads from early economic management and engineering manufacturing fields to computer,education,medical and other fields,so the discipline distribution in this field presents the development trend of interdisciplinary integration and diversification of basic theory;A large number of influential research institutions have emerged in the field of international disruptive innovation,such as Harvard Univ,Natl Univ Singapore,Mayo Clinic,etc;International disruptive innovation related research is mainly distributed in business management,management science,innovation management and other journals of research fields,which provides effective reference for business management practice.Second,international disruptive innovation has formed three major academic clusters:theoretical model construction,evaluation and application,perception prediction and method strategy,the main contribution of theoretical model construction academic cluster includes the observation and description of disruptive innovation phenomenon,the definition of concept,and the construction and improvement of models;Evaluation and application academic cluster mainly focuses on the performance evaluation of disruptive innovation and its application in various industries,the relevant research results have made outstanding academic contributions to the promotion of disruptive innovation and the satisfaction of consumer demand;Perception prediction and method strategy research academic cluster questions and improves the methods and theoretical constructs of previous disruptive innovation research.The research hotspot of international disruptive innovation presents the evolution trend of"definition of concept,identification of influencing factors,practical application",among them,in the concept definition stage,scholars mainly focus on combing and discriminating the related concepts,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research;the research focus in the stage of identification of influencing factors mainly focuses on the analysis of internal motivation and influencing factors of disruptive innovation,which further deepens the understanding of scholars in this field;in the practical application stage,the focus turns to the practical application of disruptive innovation and its impact on the macro society,compared with the initial basic research in this period,the research has more practical characteristics and provides valuable academic reference for the modern enterprise management innovation practice.Third,in the future research,scholars could focus on integrating disruptive innovation with more research fields,so as to realize the expansion of multiple research fields;scholars could deeply analyze the impact of disruptive innovation on Chinese late-developing enterprises,and further research on this topic will help to expand the development space of Chinese late-developing enterprises and boost their development;future research can also strengthen policy research on disruptive innovation,in the process of formulating relevant policies,the government should pay attention to the policy guidance and policy norms to improve the efficiency and effect of local enterprises to achieve disruptive innovation;in addition,the academic circle should strengthen the analysis of the timing to implement the disruptive innovation,so as to improve the probability of success of the late-developing enterprises in carrying out disruptive innovation.Although this paper is of great significance in arousing the attention of Chinese innovation management scholars on the topic of destructive innovation,there are still some limitations.First,this paper analyzes the nodes with high frequency,and there may be some omissions on new topics with low attention.Second,due to the limitation of database resources,the amount of data is small,so in the future,the cited literature can be included in the data text for analysis,so as to further carry out a comprehensive analysis of destructive innovation.
