交互导向创业型领导与团队簇创新绩效涌现——以团队间隶属层次为中介 被引量:4

摘要 交互导向创业型领导的团队绩效涌现过程具有复杂的层次作用,掌握团队归属层次和独立团队活动特点同时具备的嵌入和对偶联系对提升团队绩效具有重要意义。关注团队簇合作创业行为展现的治理策略、效果传递与绩效提升等核心议题,提炼"内部比较优势"与"外部战略价值"两种创业型领导核心导向,分析控制、平等、弱/无关联三种团队联系层次对不同领导导向与团队簇创新绩效的中介作用和情景效应。实证结果表明,三类隶属层次分别对应创业和谋生、创新和发展、双创和改革,响应这三类团队簇创新绩效涌现机制,对保障团队簇整体绩效具有正向影响。据此,聚焦领导的多导向与多层次秩序,对改善团队簇创新中的机遇选择、优势收集与绩效递接制度均有重要意义。 Entrepreneurial leadership refers to a way of leadership in which leaders create a vision to call and mobilize subordinates and make them commit to discovering and exploring strategic value creation. This kind of strategic leadership ability, which expresses the vision of cooperation, promotes cooperation ability and gives birth to strategic value, has important forward-looking value in responding to the needs of the exchange attribute and mobility attribute of entrepreneurship. However, the increasingly dynamic and complex competitive environment, diversified, multi-level, and multi-strategy leadership behavior patterns also pose new challenges to the traditional team leadership theory. Entrepreneurial leaders with both entrepreneurial behavior and innovative behavior attributes show more cross-level interaction orientation in gaining organizational competitive advantage and creating strategic value. Entrepreneurial leadership is becoming an important research topic in the field of leadership behavior. Given the differences of cooperation scenarios among multi-teams in the process of team cluster entrepreneurship, this study focuses on three types of subordinate relationships among multi-agents: control, equality, and weak relevance/non-relevance. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics, and multi-level effects of entrepreneurial leadership behavior under the interactive trait orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship. It further clarifies the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial leadership on the emergence of team cluster innovation performance under the hierarchical relationship of multi-agent membership. The emergence process of team performance of interaction-oriented entrepreneurial leadership has a complex hierarchical effect. Understanding interlinking and affiliated relations of both team hierarchy and characteristics of individual behaviors is of great significance to improve team performance. This study focuses on management strategy, effective transmission and performance control of team clusters common entrepreneurship behaviors and other core issues, extracts key directions of two types of entrepreneurial leadership-"internal comparative advantage" "external strategic value", and analyzes and summarizes the mediating effect of controlling, equal, weak/unrelated team hierarchies on team clusters performance under different models of leadership. The empirical study conducted in multiple regions shows that three types of hierarchies correspond to three team clusters performance emergence mechanisms, namely: "entrepreneurship-survival", "innovation-development" and "entrepreneurship and innovation-transformation" respectively and have a positive influence on assuring overall team performance. Specifically, to deal with the "entrepreneurship-survival"-oriented team cluster performance emergence mechanism, control relevance has a positive impact on the overall performance of the team cluster. In response to the "innovation-development"-oriented team cluster performance emergence mechanism, equal relevance has a positive impact on ensuring the overall performance of team clusters. In response to the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation-transition"-oriented team cluster performance emergence mechanism, weak relevance/non-relevance has a positive impact on the overall performance of the team cluster. The above conclusions show that under the action of control, equality and weak relevance/non-relevance team membership, the entrepreneurial leadership model under extroverted and introverted interaction plays a significant role in the emergence of innovation performance. At the same time, it is of great significance to broaden the related research fields, mainly in the following three points.(1) It expands the research perspective of entrepreneurial leadership style.(2) It summarizes the characteristics of multi-level team membership in team cluster innovation.(3) It reveals the intermediary mechanism of the level of subordination between teams in the emergence of entrepreneurial leadership innovation performance. This study focuses on multi-oriented and multilevel order of leadership and has referential value for optimizing opportunity identification, advantage seeking and inter-organizational performance transfer mechanism in the innovation process.
