国内突发事件网络舆情研究进展

Research Progress of Network Public Opinion on Emergencies in China

【目的/意义】多类型网络平台的发展和突发事件的频发,使得突发事件网络舆情的研究比以往任何时候都更具有理论价值和指导意义,本文以突发事件网络舆情为对象,对网络舆情的研究进展与热点问题进行了述评,以期为把握该领域研究现状和进一步的拓展研究提供参考。【方法/过程】选取CNKI数据库中突发事件网络舆情的相关文献,运用Citespace对该领域的研究机构、核心研究者和关键词进行可视化分析,并基于LLR算法对关键词网络聚类结果,对突发事件网络舆情演化、传播特征与规律、动态监测与预警及策略与治理四方面内容的研究热点、思想和趋势进行了综述与对比。【结果/结论】结合国内文献的梳理和总结,探究了突发事件网络舆情研究的发展趋势,并提出该领域的研究展望。

【Purpose/significance】With the development of multi type network platform and the frequent occurrence of emergencies, the research on network public opinion of emergencies has more theoretical value and guiding significance than ever before. This paper takes the network public opinion of emergencies as the object, and reviews the research progress and hot issues of network public opinion, so as to provide reference for grasping the research status and further expanding research in this field.【Method/process】We select the relevant literature of emergency network public opinion in CNKI database, use CiteSpace to visually analyze the research institutions, core researchers and keywords in this field, and compare the research of the characteristics of public opinion, the trend of the network, the content and the trend of the network,and the trend of the network.【Result/conclusion】Combined with the domestic literature review and summary, this paper explores the development trend of emergency network public opinion research, and puts forward the research prospect in this field.
