摘要
At present,Europe is facing a number of severe internal and external challenges,in particular Brexit has brought an unprecedented impact on its integration and unification.In this context of multiple crises confronting the EU,French President Emmanuel Macron has called for European solidarity,trying to consolidate the Franco-German axis and rebuild European sovereignty,while actively integrating European forces to participate in major power competition so as to achieve the revival of both France and Europe as a whole.Macron’s Europeanism demonstrates strong features of its own,which,to a certain extent,not only determines the internal and external policy choices of France and the EU,but also affects the changes in the world’s current political power structure.From a practical perspective,there are different attitudes toward his Europeanism and there are still many uncertainties about whether his policy propositions can be truly implemented.
