2020年是二战胜利和联合国成立75周年。75年来,联合国对维护世界和平、促进全球发展功不可没,但旧有机制痼疾难改,新的挑战此起彼伏,联合国和多边体系的困境逐渐凸显。站在历史的十字路口,联合国亟需重振多方对多边主义的信心,提出改革联合国的系统方案,解决财政危机和体制积弊,有效应对各类治理危机,在全球治理领域确立引领者地位。

2020 is the 75 th anniversary of the victory of World War II and the founding of the United Nations. Over the past 75 years, the United Nations has played an indispensable role in safeguarding world peace and promoting global development. However, the old mechanism is difficult to deal with emerging challenges. The difficulties of the United Nations and the multilateral system have gradually become prominent. Standing at the crossroads of history,the United Nations urgently needs to reinvigorate the confidence of many parties, propose a systemic plan for reforming the United Nations, resolve financial crises and institutional problems, effectively respond to various governance crises, and establish a leading position in global governance.
