摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种常见的关节退行性疾病,患者易致残,严重危害个体健康和社会公共卫生。临床上人类OA的致病原因复杂多样,且缺乏有效的根治疗法。OA的致病机理、防治策略以及药物筛选等相关科学研究依赖于OA动物模型的构建。目前OA动物模型的造模方法主要分为自发性造模、诱发性造模、转基因造模三类。近年来,越来越多的转基因OA模型被用于OA的相关研究中。本文就OA动物模型进行概述,重点对已报道的转基因OA动物模型进行详细讨论,从而为探讨构建更为理想的转基因OA动物模型及OA相关研究提供线索及思路。
Osteoarthritis is a common and degenerative disease of the joints that lead to disability frequently,which seriously threat individual health and burden social public health. There is no effective radical cure for osteoarthritis clinically due to the complex and various pathogenic factors. Developing and establishing animal models of osteoarthritis are necessary and significant for studying its pathogenesis,prevention and treatment. The modeling method of OA animal model mainly includes 3 categories: spontaneous modeling,induced modeling and transgenic modeling. In recent years,more and more transgenic OA models have been used in OA study. This review mainly comprehensively describes and analyzes the existing animal models of osteoarthritis,especially transgenic OA animal model,providing clues and ideas for the further development of more ideal animal models of osteoarthritis and OA related research.
