摘要
传统三阶段DEA方法仅测算出有效单元,无法进行完全排序.文章将传统三阶段DEA模型与DEA交叉效率模型相结合,提出三阶段DEA交叉效率模型,实现效率的完全排序,并且从外部环境因素对效率影响的视角出发,引入效率变化程度矩阵,将三阶段DEA交叉效率和聚类分析技术结合,选取出各类的参考基准.最后使用该模型对我国2017年集体所有制建筑业企业效率进行实证分析.
The traditional three-stage DEA method only measures the efficient units but cannot perform complete sorting.In this paper,the traditional three-stage DEA model is combined with the DEA cross-efficiency model,and a three-stage DEA crossefficiency model is proposed to achieve complete ordering of efficiency.From the perspective of external environmental factors on efficiency,the efficiency change degree matrix is introduced.The three-stage DEA cross efficiency and cluster analysis technology are combined to select various reference benchmarks.Finally,the model is used to make an empirical analysis of the efficiency of collectively owned construction enterprises in China in 2017.
