摘要
护理学本科生的科研能力对中国护理学科的发展尤为重要,但因相关课程教学设计或策略上的缺陷,显、隐性课程间整合的缺乏,激励机制的不完善等多种因素,目前他们的科研能力偏低。为此,必须从提高护理学本科生的科研兴趣入手,优化课程教学的策略,加强显、隐性课程的融合,坚持物质激励与精神激励相结合,全程激励与实时激励相统一,建立评价与反馈的闭环,优化评价体系,从而形成问题导向、结果导向、持续改进的护理学本科生科研能力培养体系。
The research ability of nursing undergraduates is particularly important for the development of nursing discipline in China.However,due to the defects in teaching design or strategies of relevant courses,the lack of integration between hidden courses,imperfect incentive mechanism and other factors,their research ability is low at present.Therefore,we must motivate their research interest,optimize the teaching strategy,strengthen the fusion of different curriculum,adhere to the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive,incentive and real-time incentive unifies all the way,establish a assessment and feedback closed loop,optimize evaluation system,thus forming a problem oriented,result oriented,continuous improvement of nursing undergraduate scientific research ability cultivation system.
