“5+3”一体化临床医学人才培养模式下科研能力提升的调查与思考 被引量:9

摘要 "5+3"一体化临床医学人才培养模式已在各大高校逐步实践,成为有别于传统的医疗人才培养新方式。"5+3"一体化模式旨在将传统住院医师规范化培训与传统研究生培养阶段融为一体,既需要培养学生的临床技能,更需要加强对研究生来说极为重要的科研能力培养。本文从科研的规划(如何学习科研方法、如何着手实践操作、如何进行科研思维培养),到科研的实践(科研小组成立、利用课余及假期参与动物实验科研活动、综述撰写、临床病例资料收集),通过实践调研及理论探讨,探索"5+3"一体化模式下临床医学学生独立科研能力提升的路径。 "5+3"integrated training mode of clinical medical talents has been gradually practiced in Colleges and universities,which has become a new way of training medical talents different from the traditional one.This mode aims to integrate the traditional residents’standard training and the traditional postgraduate training stage,and optimize the training mode.It not only needs to cultivate students’clinical skills,but also needs to strengthen the cultivation of research ability,which is very important for graduate students.In this paper,from the planning of scientific research(how to learn scientific research methods,how to start practice and operation,how to cultivate scientific research thinking),to the practice of scientific research(the establishment of scientific research group,participation in animal experimental scientific research activities with spare time and holidays,summary writing,clinical case data collection),through practical research and theoretical discussion,we exploredwe ways to improve the independent scientific research ability of clinical medicine students under the"5+3"integrated model.
