摘要
高校是文化传承的载体,其根本任务是立德树人,以文化人。在护理学本科专业护理管理学课程教学过程中,开展思政教育是提升学生德育素质的有效途径之一。本研究基于护理学专业学科特点,对护理管理学课程中的思政教育内容设计进行了整体探索,在此基础上进行了课堂教学实践。课程结束后,通过慕课堂小程序发放问卷。问卷结果充分表明了思政教育融入护理管理学课程的必要性与可行性;在课程思政融入方式的选择上以故事讲授法和案例教学法占优势;课程思政有助于强化学生学习动力和增强专业教学的吸引力,激发学生学习的正能量。
Colleges and universities are the carriers of cultural inheritance,and their fundamental task is to cultivate people by virtue and culture.In the teaching process of Nursing Management of undergraduate nursing major,developing ideological and political education is one of the effective ways to improve students’moral education quality.Based on the characteristics of nursing disciplines,the content design of ideological and political education in"Nursing Management"course was preliminarily explored and applied in the classroom,At the end of the course,questionnaires were distributed through the massive open onine courses.The results of the questionnaire demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum of nursing management.In the course of ideological and political integration of the choice,it’s dominant by the storytelling method and case teaching method.Ideological and political education helps to strengthen students’learning motivation and enhance the attractiveness of professional teaching and stimulate students’positive energy in learning.
