3D打印模型结合PBL教学法在骨盆骨肿瘤临床教学中的应用 被引量:8

Application of 3D Printing Model Combined with PBL Teaching Method for Standardized Training of Residents in Clinical Teaching of Pelvic Bone Tumor

摘要 目的:以骨盆骨肿瘤临床教学为例,研究3D打印模型结合以问题为基础的教学方法(PBL)在住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年7-12月在我院参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师50名,随机分为试验组(3D打印模型结合PBL教学法)和对照组(传统教学法)各25名,比较2组规培生考试成绩及教学调查问卷评分。结果:试验组学生理论知识成绩(39.0±4.1)高于对照组(34.0±5.9)(P<0.05);试验组病例分析得分(40.2±3.3)高于对照组(36.3±4.7)(P<0.05);问卷评分显示试验组在激发自主学习兴趣、提高临床思维能力、增加知识的理解、增强实际工作能力及对教师的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用3D打印模型结合PBL的教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训骨盆骨肿瘤临床教学中取得了良好的效果,有利于提高教学质量和培养学生的临床思维能力。 [Objective]To study the application value of 3 D printing model combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of pelvicbone tumor for residents of standardized training.[Method]From July 2019 to December 2019,50 residents who participated in the standardized training in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(3 D printing model combined with PBL teaching method)and the control group(traditional teaching method).The test scores and teaching questionnaire scores of the two groups were compared.[Result]Compared with the control group’s scores of theoretical knowledge(34.0±5.9),the test group’s scores(39.0±4.1)were higher(P<0.05).The test group’s case analysis scores(40.2±3.3)were also higher than that of the control group(36.3±4.7)(P<0.05).The test group had higher scores than the control group in stimulating interest in autonomous learning,improving clinical thinking ability,increasing understanding of knowledge,enhancing practical work ability and teacher satisfaction,all with statistically significant differences.[Conclusion]3 D printing model combined with PBL teaching method has achieved good results in the standardized training of pelvicbone tumor clinical teachingand is beneficial to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate clinical thinking for orthopedic residents.
