护龄10年内护士抑郁特异性症状的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Nurses’Specific Depression Symptoms in 10 Years of Nursing Age

目的:调查护龄10年内护士的抑郁现状,探究护龄水平对其抑郁特异性症状的影响。方法:将来自三甲医院的共310名护士按护龄分为对照组(护龄>10年)及研究组(护龄≤10年),采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其心理状态进行调查,将2组有差异性的条目进行比较分析,并归类到特异性症状类型。结果:研究组抑郁总分(55.44±12.78)高于对照组(52.12±13.04)(P<0.05)。深入条目比对,研究组中,精神性-情感障碍类型中的抑郁心境,躯体性障碍类型中的睡眠障碍、心悸、易倦,抑郁的心理障碍类型中的绝望、无用感、生活空虚感和兴趣丧失高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护龄10年内护士的抑郁心理主要为精神性-情感障碍、躯体性障碍和抑郁的心理障碍3种类型;其中抑郁心境、睡眠障碍、易倦、绝望、无用感、生活空虚感和兴趣丧失是其特异性症状。

[Objective]To investigate the current status of depression among nurses of working history with no more than 10 years and to explore nuring age-related factors on specific depression symptoms.[Method]A total of 310 nurses from the Grade A general hospital were enrolled and surveyed by the self-rating depression scale(SDS).According to the nuring age,the participants were divided into two groups:the nursing ages>10 years in the control group and the nursing ages≤10 years in the research group.The differences of depression and the scores of the different items of specific symptoms were compared between the groups.[Result]The total score of depression was(55.44±12.778)in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(52.12±13.04)(P<0.05).Futhermore,it showed that the specific symptoms including Psycho-emotional disorder of depression,physical disorder of sleep disorder,palpitations,physical fatigue of the tiredness and the psychological disorder of useless,depression,indefference,in the research group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Young nurses with nursing age≤10 years were mainly manifested in three types of Psycho-emotional disorder,physical disorders and depression psychological disorders,especially in the three specific symptoms of sleep disorders,fatigue and uselessness.
