康复期精神分裂症患者用药安全行为的现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Medication Safety Behavior in Convalescent Schizophrenics

目的:调查康复期精神分裂症患者用药安全行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的患者一般资料问卷和患者用药安全行为量表,对420例康复期精神分裂症患者进行调查。结果:康复期精神分裂症患者用药安全行为总分为(76.40±14.51),3个维度条目均分为照护性参与(3.64±0.70)分、诉求性参与(3.37±0.64)分,决策性参与(2.91±0.79)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,主动参与的重要性和是否接受专项教育是精神分裂症患者用药安全行为的影响因素。结论:康复期精神分裂症患者用药安全行为亟待提高,医护人员应给予相应的干预和支持,以提升患者的用药安全。

[Objective]To investigate the current situation of medication safety behavior of schizophrenics in convalescent period and analyze the influencing factors.[Method]420 schizophrenics in convalescent period were investigated with self-designed questionnaire of general information and safety behavior of medication.[Result]The total score of medication safety behavior was 76.40±14.51 in convalescent schizophrenic patients.The average score of three dimensions was nursing participation(3.64±0.70),appealing participation(3.37±0.64)and decision-making participation(2.91±0.79).Multiple regression analysis showed that the importance of active participation and whether they have received special education were the influencing factors of medication safety behavior of schizophrenics.[Conclusion]In order to improve the medication safety of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence,medical staff should give corresponding intervention and support.
