乔家大院景区周边环境优化利用模式研究

Study on Optimized Utilization Mode of the Surrounding Environment of Qiao Family Courtyard Scenic Spot

旅游景区是核心,景区周边环境是其主要的空间载体,针对景区周边环境利用模式这一复杂概念,以山西大院的典型代表乔家大院为研究主体,采用实地调查、访谈等方式,运用质性研究的扎根理论分析方法,对乔家大院景区周边环境发展的利用模式进行分析,得出:乔家大院景区周边环境发展受到旅游基础设施、旅游客源地、景区综合开发建设等20个因素的影响,其中体制机制改革、利益相关方的关系平衡、综合开发是影响乔家大院景区周边环境发展利用的3个主要因子,体制机制改革是前提条件,利益相关方的关系平衡是基础保证,景区综合开发是最终目标.提出乔家大院景区周边环境应以“社区型”的模式发展,从而进一步完善周边环境,为山西大院的发展提供借鉴.

Tourism area is the core,and its surrounding environment is its main space carrier.In view of the complex concept of optimal utilization mode of the surrounding environment,Qiao Family Courtyard,a typical representative of Shanxi courtyard scenic spot,is the main research subject.Using ways of field sur­vey and interview,root theory analysis method of qualitative research is used to analyze the utilization mode of the surrounding environment development of Qiao Family Courtyard.The conclusions are as follows.The surrounding environment development of Qiao Family Courtyard scenic spot is affected by 20 factors.Among them,institutional reform,balance between stakeholders and comprehensive development are the three main factors that influence the development and utilization of the surrounding environment of Qiao Family Courtyard scenic spot.The reform of system and mechanism is the precondition,the balance of rela­tionship between stakeholders is the basic guarantee,the comprehensive development of scenic spot is the ultimate goal,and the interaction of three factors forms the optimized utilization mode of the surrounding environment development of Qiao Family Courtyard scenic spot,thus further improve the vacancy in this research field of surrounding environment,and it provides reference for the development of Shanxi court­yard.
