珠海机场防洪排涝体系的构建与对策研究 被引量:6

Study on the Construction and Countermeasures of the Flood Control and Drainage System at Zhuhai Airport

摘要 2018年突如其来的"8·11"特大暴雨暴露出珠海机场周边区域防洪、排涝体系存在不少薄弱环节,导致珠海机场局部受淹,上万人出行受到不同程度的延误,在社会上造成了一定的负面影响。在大量调查研究的基础上,对洪涝灾害的成因及水敏感区域进行了全面分析,运用水敏感城市设计(WSUD)理念提出了珠海机场所在区域防洪体系的系统性解决方案,从完善山洪截流系统、城市雨水管网与河道等大排水系统到海绵蓄排体系,有序组织城市雨水径流,以降低超标降雨的影响,最终可实现雨水的资源化利用与智慧化管理。 Many weaknesses in the flood control and drainage system around Zhuhai Airport were explored in the sudden heavy rain on August 11,2018,which led to the local flooding of Zhuhai Airport,and the travel delay of thousands of people in different level,causing a certain negative impact on the society. On the basis of a lot of investigation and research,a comprehensive analysis of the causes of flood disasters and water-sensitive areas was made,and a systematic solution to the flood control system in the area was put forward with the design concept of WSUD( Water Sensitive Urban Design). From perfecting flood interception system,urban rainwater pipe network and river drainage system to sponge storage and drainage system,urban rainwater runoff can be organized in order to reduce the impact of excessive rainfall,and finally the resource utilization and intelligent management of rainwater can be realized.
