列宁的社会保障思想研究

On Lenin's Social Security Thought

相比马克思和恩格斯,列宁的社会保障思想除继承前人精华外,在经历俄国长期革命洗礼和实践考验的基础上,更具实践性、系统性,也更具体。列宁在全面批判资本主义社会保障制度的同时,提出必须合理利用其改良措施和合法团体以改善无产阶级生活,强调只有建立无产阶级政权才能建立社会主义社会保障制度,进而对构建社会主义社会救济、社会保险和社会福利制度做出系列论述。

Compared with Marx and Engels,Lenin's social security thought was more practical,systematic and specific as it had built upon the past achievements and withstood the test of the long term Russian revolutionary practices.While criticizing the capitalist social security system in an all-round way,Lenin put forward that it is necessary to make rational use of its reformative measures and legal organizations to improve the life of the proletariats.He stressed that only with the building of the proletarian regime can the socialist social security system be established.Then he made a series of discussions on the creation of systems for the socialist social relief,social insurance and social welfare.
