基于结构方程模型的某三甲综合医院科研参与情况影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Scientific Research Participation in a Comprehensive Hospital of 3 A Grade based on Structural Equation Model

目的了解某三甲综合医院科研参与情况,为进一步提高该医院医务人员研参与水平提供建议。方法在文献复习和对该医院医务人员科研申报情况调查的基础上,运用卡方检验和结构方程模型对该医院科研参与情况的影响因素进行分析。结果单因素卡方检验得出该三甲综合医院科研实际申报情况在性别、年龄、职称、科室、学历和工作年限方面均有统计学差异(P<0.01);结构方程模型拟合较好,医务人员基本情况对科研参与情况的直接效应为0.58,间接效应为0.21,总效应为0.79。科研受益认知对研参与情况的总效应为0.41。结论均衡医院科研资源分配,加强对医务人员科研认知和能力培训,营造良好的科研氛围,在提高医务人员人员科研参与方面具有重要的积极作用。

Objective:To understand the research participation of a comprehensive hospital of 3 A grade,and to provide suggestions for further improving the research participation level of medical staff in the hospital.Method:The chi-square test and structural equation model were used to analyze the influencing factors of the hospital’s scientific research participation on the basis of literature review and investigation of medical staff’s scientific research application in this hospital.Result:Single-factor chi-square test showed that there were statistical differences in gender,age,professional title,department,educational background and working years in the actual scientific research declaration of the comprehensive hospital of 3 A grade(P<0.01).The structural equation model was well fitted.The direct effect,indirect effect and total effect of medical personnel’s basic information on scientific research participation were 0.58,0.21 and 0.79 respectively.The total effect of research benefit perception on research participation was 0.41.Conclusion:Balancing the allocation of scientific research resources in hospitals,strengthening the training of medical personnel in scientific research cognition and ability,and creating a good scientific research atmosphere will play an important and positive role in improving the participation of medical personnel in scientific research.
