摘要
医院建设项目参与方众多,相互关系复杂。传统的项目管理工具和方法只能解决项目技术问题,协调复杂的项目参与方关系,必须借助项目治理手段。基于利益相关者理论和关系治理理论,从满足利益相关者利益需求、协调利益冲突的角度入手,借助社会网络分析工具,建立了决策阶段利益相关者关系治理机制。研究表明,医院建设项目决策阶段中,政府部门处在利益冲突关系网络的核心位置,以政府部门为中心的关系治理机制可以协调参与方之间的利益冲突问题。
There are many participants in hospital construction project,and the relationship between them is complicated.The traditional project management tools and methods can only solve the technical problems of the project.Therefore,to coordinate the complex relationship between project participants,the project management means must be used.Based on the theories of stakeholder and relationship management,a stakeholder relationship management mechanism was established in the decision-making stage with the help of social network analysis tools from the perspective of satisfying stakeholder interest needs and coordinating interest conflicts.The research shows that in the decision-making stage of hospital construction project,the management department is at the core of the conflict of interest relationship network.The relationship management mechanism with management departments as the center can coordinate the conflict of interests between the participants.
