地质灾害易发区场地利用与地灾治理协调规划

THE UTILIZATION OF EASY OCCURRENCE AREA OF GEOLOGICAL DISASTER AND THE COORDINATED PLAN OF GEOLOGICAL DISASTER CONTROL

云南是一个典型的山区省份,有些地质灾害易发区有必要开发为建设用地。场地利用规划和地质环境治理,是利用好地质灾害易发区建设用地的关键。本文以云南国土资源职业学院利用四号冲沟场地工程为例,从场地利用规划布局与地质环境协调,做到依山就势,少挖少填,人与自然的和谐发展;在地质环境治理中也应考虑建设用地的开发,发挥治理工程最大功效,超前预防地质灾害发生,使地质灾害预防处于主动状态,同时还应注意治理工程的后期管护问题。

Yunnan is a typical mountainous province.Some construction site must be developed from the easy occurrence area of geological disaster.The plan of site utilization and control of geological environment are the key of construction site utilization of geological disaster easy occurrence area.In this paper,taking the utilization of No4 gully site engineering of Yunnan professional institute of land resources as an example,we interpret the coordination of site utilization plan and geological environment,depend on mountain and making use of landform,less excavation and less filling,coordinated development of mankind and natural,consideration of construction site development in the control of geological environment,development of maximum efficiency of control engineering,advanced prevention of geological disaster occurrence,active state of geological disaster prevention and pay attention to the posterior administration of control engineering.
