中国林业绿色全要素生产率时空分异及其影响因素 被引量:17

Temporal-Spatial Differentiation of Forestry Green Total Factor Productivity in China and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 文中运用非期望产出超效率SBM-Malmquist指数模型,测算2005—2016年中国30个省份林业绿色全要素生产率变动状况,并采用泰尔指数和Tobit回归模型分析林业绿色全要素生产率时空分异及其影响因素。研究发现:2005—2016年中国林业绿色全要素生产率年均增长1.53%,2016年增长高达13.44%,高质量发展态势明显,其增长是效率变化和技术进步共同推动的结果。林业绿色全要素生产率增长呈现空间非均衡特征,整体上呈现出"东南高、西北低"的空间集聚格局,与"胡焕庸线"高度吻合。林业绿色全要素生产率总体区域差异主要源于区域内差异,但区域间差异的影响逐步扩大。在林业绿色全要素生产率影响因素中,灾害影响程度起阻碍作用,政府财政支持力度、经济发展水平和员工工资状况起促进作用。 Based on the unexpected output super-efficiency SBM-Malmquist index model, the changes in forestry green total factor productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2005 to 2016 are measured. The temporal and spatial differentiation and its influencing factors to forestry green total factor productivity are analyzed using Theil index and Tobit regression model. The results show that the annual growth rate of forestry green total factor productivity in China is 1.53% from 2005 to 2016, and 13.44% in 2016 alone, which indicates the obvious trend of high-quality development, and the growth as the result of both efficiency changes and technological progress. The growth of forestry green total factor productivity shows the characteristics of spatial unbalance, and presents the overall spatial agglomeration pattern of "high in Southeast and low in northwest", which is highly consistent with "Hu Huanyong Line". The overall regional differences of forestry green total factor productivity are mainly out of intraregional differences, but the impact of regional differences is gradually expanding. Among the influencing factors to forestry green total factor productivity, the degree of disaster impact play an obstacle role, while government financial support, the level of economic development and employee wage play a promoting role.
