新时代我国体育外交范式转换研究

Study on the Paradigm Shift of China’s Sports Diplomacy in the New Era

随着全球化发展不断深入,中国与世界的联系日益密切,体育已经成为国际交往的一种通用语言,以体育为载体的对外交流与交往活动成为构建新型国际关系、构建人类命运共同体的重要手段之一。近年来,我国在体育外交领域不断取得进展,为文化交流工作开创了新的历史局面,但对标新时代中国特色大国外交背景和体育强国建设要求,现有的传统体育外交模式存在诸多短板和不足,很难适应和满足新时代新形势下的新需要,亟需实现体育外交范式的转换。就目前公共外交视域下中国体育外交范式转换展开研究,具体包括体育外交理念的转换、体育外交目标的转换、体育外交主体的转换、体育外交客体的转换、体育外交载体的转换,探索实现我国体育外交范式转换的路径,以期形成体育传统外交与体育公共外交共同发展的体育外交新局面。

Sports have become a universal language for transcultural communication under the background of continuous globalization and the increasingly close connection between China and the other part of the world.For China,the sport-based foreign exchanges have been upheld as a significant approach for building new international relations and the community with a shared future for mankind.In recent years,China has made continuous progress in the field of sports diplomacy,creating a new historical situation for cultural exchanges.However,it appears difficult for the existing traditional sports diplomacy model,with its inherited deficiency,to meet the upgrading demands of constructing China as a leading sporting nation.Thus,a paradigm shift of sports diplomacy is urgently demanded.From the perspective of public diplomacy,this study explores the paradigm shift of China’s sports diplomacy,which includes the shift of sports diplomacy philosophy,goals,subjects,objects and vehicles,so as to explore the path to realize the paradigm shift of China’s sports diplomacy,with a view to form a new situation of sports diplomacy in which traditional sports diplomacy and sports public diplomacy develop together.
