2018年新疆首批29家医疗机构医院感染监测平台数据分析 被引量:6

Data of nosocomial infection monitoring platforms of 29 healthcare institutions of Xinjiang in 2018

摘要 目的通过在某地区初步建立院感监测数据平台,进一步了解某自治区二级及以上医疗机构医院感染基本情况及特点,为各级医院的医院感染防控工作提供依据。方法采用加入院感监测平台单位上报监测数据的方式,对参与监测医院2018年1月1日-12月31日的医院感染相关指标进行收集分析。结果共收集自治区29家医疗机构医院感染监测数据,医院感染发病率为1.12%,医院感染发病例次率为1.26%,Ⅰ类切口的手术部位感染率、抗菌药物预防使用率分别为2.53%、27.50%,血管内导管相关血流感染日发病率、呼吸机相关肺炎日发病率、导尿管相关泌尿道感染日发病率分别为0.59‰、6.69‰、1.64‰。将不同地区、不同等级医疗机构的各指标进行比较,其差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三级医疗机构呼吸机相关肺炎日发病率为7.22‰、导尿管相关泌尿道感染日发病率为1.73‰、血管内导管相关血流感染日发病率为0.85‰均高于二级医疗机构,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论本调查掌握了某自治区不同地区、不同级别二级及以上医疗机构的医院感染特点和差异,为有针对性地指导各级医院做好医院感染防控工作提供了科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To establish a nosocomial infection monitoring data platform in a certain area to understand the basic situation and characteristics of nosocomial infection in secondary and above medical institutions in an autonomous region,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in hospitals at all levels.METHODS The hospital infection-related indexes in the participating hospitals from Jan.1 to Dec.31,2018 were collected from the hospital-in-hospital-sensation monitoring platform unit and analyzed.RESULTS The data in 29 medical institutions in the autonomous region’s nosocomial infection monitoring were collected.The incidence of nosocomial infection was 1.12%,and the case-time infection rate was 1.26%.The infection rate of the surgical site for type I incisions were 2.53%and the rate of preventive use of antibacterial drugs was 27.50%.The daily incidences of intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection,ventilator-associated pneumonia,and catheter-related urinary tract infection were 0.59‰,6.69‰,and 1.64‰,respectively.The indexes in different regions and different levels of medical institutions were significantly different(all P<0.05).The daily incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in tertiary medical institutions(7.22‰),the daily incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infection(1.73‰),and the daily incidence of intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection(0.85‰)were all higher than that in the secondary medical institutions;differences between them were significant(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION The study has investigated the characteristics and differences of nosocomial infections in different regions and different levels in medical institutions above grade II in an autonomous region,and provided a scientific basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
