八段锦对冠心病患者心脏康复功效的Meta分析

Effects of Baduanjin on Cardiac Rehabilitation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease by Meta-analysis

目的评价八段锦对冠心病(CHD)患者的康复效果。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、The cochrane library、EMBASE、Web of science中关于八段锦干预CHD的随机对照实验(RCT),对文献进行筛选确定纳入文献,对参考文献溯源,提取数据后评价纳入研究的偏倚风险,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献10篇,均为RCT,共1049例患者。Meta分析显示,干预后,与对照组相比,八段锦运动既能提高CHD患者的6min步行试验(6MWT)[MD=68.99,95%CI(24.72,113.27),P=0.002]、提升左室射血分数(LVE下)[MD=3.14,95%CI(2.20,4.08),P<0.0001]、降低N末端B型利钠肽(NT-ProBNP)水平[MD=-103.74,95%CI(-120.87,-86.61),P<0.00001]、降低焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分[MD=-4.42,95%CI(-5.38,-3.46),P<0.0001]、[MD=-3.95,95%CI(-4.81,-3.09),P<0.00001]。结论八段锦健身气功干预能够有效改善CHD患者的心功能指标,提高运动耐力,并缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者心脏康复。

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation effect of baduanjin exercise on patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:computer retrieval CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),PubMed,The cochrane library,EMBASE,Web ofscience research in The type of Baduanjin intervention in coronary heart disease(CHD)randomized controlled trials(RCT),and to screening to determine into literature and literature for reference,to extract the data and evaluation into the research of risk of bias.Performed the meta analysis with RevMan 5.3 software.Results:a total of 10 articles were included,all of which were randomized controlled trials,including 1067 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that after the intervention,compared with the control group,Baduanjin exercise not only increased the walking distance of six minutes of patients with coronary heart disease[MD=68.99,95%CI(24.72,113.27),P<0.002],increased left ventricular ejection fraction[MD=3.14,95%CI(2.20,4.08),P<0.0001],but also reduced the level of n-terminal b-type natriuretic peptide[MD=-103.74,95%CI(-120.87,-86.61),P<0.00001],reduced scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale[MD=-4.42,95%cCI(-5.38,-3.46),P<0.0001],[MD=-3.95,95%CI(-4.81,-3.09),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Baduanjin intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function index of patients with coronary heart disease,improve exercise endurance,relieve anxiety and depression,promote cardiac rehabilitation.
