丁苯酞注射液治疗脑梗死后失语的临床效果

Clinical effect of butylphthalide injection on aphasia after cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞注射液治疗脑梗死后失语的临床效果。方法简单随机抽样法选取2019年2月至2020年2月诸城市人民医院90例脑梗死后失语患者。按抽签法分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予常规疗法,研究组在常规疗法基础上应用丁苯酞注射液。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分低于对照组,失语指数、中国式功能性语言沟通能力检查评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组失语程度改善总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组(80.00%,36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组脑卒中失语症生活质量量表(SAQOL-39g)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死后失语患者治疗中应用丁苯酞注射液可改善神经功能,促进语言功能恢复,提升生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide injection on aphasia after cerebral infarction.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 90 patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction from February 2019 to February 2020 in Zhucheng People’s Hospital.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the study group was given butylphthalide injection on the basis of conventional therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the score of NIHSS in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of AQ and CFCP were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total improvement rate of aphasia in the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that(80.00%,36/45)in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scale score of stroke aphasia in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of aphasia after cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function,promote the recovery of language function and improve the quality of life.
