新冠肺炎疫情对医学生择业就业心态影响及结果分析

The effect of COVID-192019 epidemic situation on medical graduates'mentality towards employment and its analysis

目的:调查研究新冠肺炎疫情对高校医学生择业就业心态的影响及结果分析。方法:2020年3月至4月以巴彦淖尔临床医学院400名2020届毕业生作为研究对象,自制线上问卷《新冠肺炎疫情对医学生就业心态的影响》,问卷的内容涵盖生源地、择业原因、新冠肺炎疫情对择业就业心态影响、新冠肺炎疫情对职业自豪感影响、新冠肺炎疫情对医学生求职影响五大类。结果:收回有效问卷385份,问卷有效率为96.25%。结果表明,我院实习生多为乡镇、农村学生,选择医学类专业因自己喜欢者占比最高,绝大多数人不会因新冠肺炎疫情而选择改行、且无论遇到什么情况都愿意从事医疗护理工作并完成医疗救护工作,认为新冠肺炎疫情增强了职业自豪感,新冠肺炎疫情对2020届医学毕业生的求职影响不大。结论:新冠肺炎疫情对2020届医学毕业生择业就业心态影响不明显。

Objective:To investigate and study the impact of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic on college students'job-orientation and employment analysis and analysis of the results.Methods:From March to April 2020,with 400 graduates from Bayannaoer Medical College as the research object,the self-made online questionnaire"Effects of New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic on Medical Students'Employment Psychology"was investigated,and 385 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective rate of the questionnaire is 96.25%,and it’s clear whether the epidemic situation has an impact on medical students'attitude towards employment.Results:Through a questionnaire survey on the employment psychology of the 2020 medical graduates and a detailed analysis,it will provide some inspiration and basis for the next employment guidance.
